Who publishes stockili.com, where the service is hosted, and how the Stockili software and the stores’ content are protected.

The service is hosted in Algeria by HOSTARTS · Alger. Databases, store files (photos, videos), accounts and orders are stored on servers located in Algeria.

The Stockili software — website, console, web POS, Windows software, Android app — together with its source code, architecture, databases, interface, texts, illustrations, logos and icons are works protected by Ordinance No. 03-05 of 19 July 2003 on copyright and related rights.
The name “Stockili”, its logo and icon are distinctive signs protected under Ordinance No. 03-06 of 19 July 2003 on trademarks.
Any infringement constitutes counterfeiting punishable under Algerian copyright and trademark legislation.
Stockili relies on open-source software (notably the Laravel framework) used in accordance with their respective licences; their rights remain with their authors.
The subscription grants the merchant a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the software, for the duration of the paid subscription and for the number of stores included in their plan. It does not transfer any ownership rights in the software.
The Windows software and the Android app may only be used with an active Stockili account.
Texts, photos, videos, prices, logos and product names published by a merchant remain their property and are their sole responsibility. The merchant warrants that they hold the necessary rights (photos, trademarks, descriptions).
Stockili claims no rights over this content and uses it only to host and display the merchant’s store.
The footer of each store states that it runs on Stockili (stockili.com).
Stockili provides the tool and the technical hosting. Each merchant is the publisher of their store: they are responsible for their products, prices, deliveries, relations with their customers and compliance with e-commerce obligations (Law No. 18-05).
Stockili may suspend any store that publishes unlawful or infringing content, or content contrary to Algerian law.
Write to us at noreply@stockili.com stating the address of the page concerned, the nature of the problem and your contact details. Well-founded reports are handled promptly, with removal of the content where necessary.
The website, the software and this legal notice are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Algerian courts.
